Before and After Care
Primary Occasional Before & After School Care
As an additional service to parents, M.A. provides before and after school care. If you will occasionally use this service, please purchase Before and/or After Care Tickets from the office in advance. This service needs to be paid for by ticket on the day it is used.
Before School Care is from 7:30 a.m. ? 8:20 a.m. You may purchase a "Before School Care" ticket from the office upon arrival to present to the teacher. These tickets may be purchased in any quantity, please see fee sheet for rates. (If your Primary-age child has a sibling in our Elementary School, he/she may arrive as early as 7:50 a.m. at no additional charge.)
After-School-Care is available from 3:10 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Please purchase "After School Care" tickets from the office in advance. Simply send one with your child the day that you will need additional care.
Elementary Occasional After School Care
After-School-Care is available from 3:10 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Please purchase "After School Care" tickets from the office in advance. Send one in with your child the day that you will need additional care.
Policies: - If an After School Care ticket is not presented on the day of use, the billed fee will be $10 per day.
- If a parent is continually billed, after school care privileges will be suspended!
- If you unexpectedly require after care, call the office by 3:00 p.m. and bring a ticket with you when picking up your child.
- If there is an emergency and you will be later than 6:00 p.m., call IMMEDIATELY and have cash ready to pay directly to the detained teacher ($1 per minute with a minimum of $5).
- The After School Care tickets are cheaper if purchased in quantities! Please see the tuition chart for ticket rates. All unused tickets are refundable! It is best to have a few on hand for emergencies.
- Whenever M.A. closes early for any reason (picnic days, snow days, half days, etc.) the late fee applies. At closing time, the late fee of $1 per minute with a $5 minimum is required and is to be paid to the detained teacher.
