Upper Elementary Assignments

Montessori materials enhance the accelerated curriculum. Research-based independent projects include creative opportunities for student presentations and utilization of technology. Each student advances through the sequenced order of skills and concepts and may work ahead once mastery has been attained.

The assignment information located on this website is secondary to what is announced in the classroom. As much as possible it is kept current, but the classroom teacher may make changes which are announced in the classroom but do not make it to the website. All students need to take responsibility for paying attention to what is announced or handed out in the classroom. This information is intended to assist parents in seeing what the students are doing, not to replace the writing down of assignment in the classroom.
