Accepting Applications for Montessori Guides as We Continue to Grow

Located on a beautiful 23-acre campus in Brentwood, Tennessee (just outside of Nashville), Montessori Academy (MA) is a growing school that is fully accredited by the International Montessori Council, the American Montessori Society, and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, now known as Cognia. We currently serve 300 plus students, providing Montessori education for children ages 18 months through High School. We have a strong and inclusive community of educators and families, all supporting our mission of educating and inspiring lifelong learners.

As our school continues to grow, we seek the right people to join our team. We are always interested in speaking with enthusiastic, qualified Montessori educators at all levels from Toddler (18 months) through High School.

Montessori Academy is an exceptional place for students, families, and staff and is firmly rooted in the work of Maria Montessori and the scientific pedagogy, nurturing creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Montessori Academy’s faculty guide students’ activities in a fully prepared Montessori environment that challenges each child to reach their full potential.

Our guides maintain a mature, professional relationship with families, students, and staff and prepare the environment by following Montessori best practices. They also participate in activities that contribute to the student’s intellectual, social-emotional development, health, and well-being.

Moving to Nashville, TN, and its surrounding areas like Brentwood can be an attractive option for various reasons, including the quality of life that boasts a relatively lower cost of living compared to other major cities. The region is known for its hospitality, friendly communities, and welcoming atmosphere. The cultural scene includes festivals, events, and a diverse culinary landscape. Both Nashville and Brentwood offer a balance between city life and access to nature. Parks, green spaces, and outdoor recreational opportunities contribute to a well-rounded lifestyle. And, of course, known as “Music City,” a strong and thriving music scene is considered a hub for the entertainment industry.
