Our Montessori environments are built around multi-age cycles. These environments provide experiences and opportunities for older children to serve as mentors and for all children to learn from and teach each other. These dynamics foster care for others, which is critical to our philosophy. This classroom alchemy allows children to foster critical thinking skills, utilize problem-solving strategies, and develop leadership skills. The environment cultivate an understanding in children that each individual learns uniquely and helps to build a sense of community that builds their compassion.
